This Granoro Organic Wholemeal Pasta 100% from Italian Organic Farming. It is produced with wholemeal semolina, obtained from whole ground Italian organic durum wheat. The wholemeal semolina that is used is obtained from the integral grain stone-shelled and slow-ground.
